Bernese Award for Environmental Research

Award Celebration 2023/24

The Bernese Award for Environmental Research was granted for the 14^th time on 20 March 2024. At the ceremony, laureates Nicolas Lentz and Fabienne Wöhner were honoured by the University of Bern and the co-sponsors of the award, CSL Behring AG and Energie Wasser Bern.

Nicolas Lentz, winner of the Main Prize, introduced his paper titled "A Low-Coordinate Iridium Complex with a Donor-Flexible O,NLigand for Highly Efficient Formic Acid Dehydrogenation". Fabienne Wöhner, who won the Recognition Award, presented her paper titled "Work flexibly, travel less? The impact of telework and flextime on mobilitybehavior in Switzerland".
